What is Okkam?

Okkam is a setting-neutral, rules-light roleplaying game system. It is easy enough for new and young RPG players, while being versatile enough to manage long campaigns in a variety of genres, and handle any narrative situation you can throw at it. It's the bare essentials - every rule you should need to tell a compelling story with friends, with nothing extra.
